Larry D. Griffin. An Oklahoman, Griffin has one book of short stories, eleven books of poetry, more than four hundred poems, and hundreds of essays, including three dozen short stories in journals to his credit. His most recent books of poetry, both published in 2016, include Jane Compleat (Mongrel Press) and Cedar Plums (Lamar University Press).
Griffin delivered several papers and presentations on American literature at the University of Macerata over a twenty-six year time period. Griffin’s art appears in private collections in Africa, Australia, Asia, Europe, North America, and South America. Griffin now retires on Flint Creek in Oklahoma, where he watches eagles fish his Flint Creek. His novel Ramona soon appears at Scurfpea Press in South Dakota. Presently Griffin works on editing his The Sonnets of Ras Al Khaimah.
